TWO tricks for the price of one PLUS a FREE pack of Bicycle cards!

Trick One:

A pack of cards are shown & seen to be mixed. The spectator cuts off a quantity of cards. Not knowing exactly the amount, the magician "weighs" the spectators squared up packet in his hands & tries to guess how many cards there are. The magician then allows himself a quantity of cards from the remaining deck, & also allows the spectator to add some more cards to his pile.

The magician then explains that the pack is a full pack PLUS one extra duplicate card, & that both him & the spectator are going to play "Blind Snap" with the cards FACE DOWN to try & find the duplicated card.

The magician deals a card, next to this the spectator deals a card from his packet into a separate pile, then the magician deals another card onto his pile & the spectator deals onto theirs, this continues, & then suddenly just after the spectator deals, the next card the magician deals is seen to have the word "SNAP" printed on the back of his dealt card. The last card the spectator layed is turned over & seen to be a Ten Of Spades (or whatever) & when the magicians "Snap card" is turned over, it also is seen to be the Ten Of spades!!! everything is fully examinable at the end.

Trick two:

I'm so very impressed with this trick, both it's effect, plus the principle involved, EXCELLENT!

Performer offers to reveal a selected card, or lose his "performer's licence". He fails to name the card, so he pulls out his Insurance Policy for just such an accidental eventuality. Reading out the terms of the policy (which contains some very funny gags!)he opens it up to reveal another card, but he's still wrong! Policy is unfolded again - another card, and still WRONG! Finally he opens out the complete policy, and it displays a GIANT replica of the selected card!

An entertaining "find-a-card" effect, can be used in close up or on the largest stage!

The performer shows a small board with three large red spots on it. In an instant the spots change to red, orange and green.This trick works on an entirely new principle. There are no shells, or flap cards. The change can be performed instantaneously and visibly. The large spots cover the entire panel, and there seems to be no space for any other coloured spots to be concealed anywhere.The apparatus supplied is self contained and ready to work.
You can perform this as a simple colour change. The apparatus is designed to simulate a set of traffic lights. Show the board with three red "lights", as you tell the audience you took a short cut to the show, and found yourself at a dead end. You did not want to be late, so you snapped your fingers, and the lights change magically to a regular traffic light, and the way open so you could make it to the show on time!
You could use two of these Colour Changing Traffic Lights with two envelopes, to perform a Passe Passe type effect. Board with three red spots placed on one side, board with three different coloured spots placed on opposite side instantly change places. Effect could be repeated enough as you wish. Since the change is under your control, you could always prove the audience wrong, regardless of where they say the respective spots are.
The apparatus is very easy to use, and with a little effect you could build it into a presentation for "your kind of magic".

The magician displays two plastic disks, one of which is semi-transparent. He places the disks on the table after showing them on both sides.

A card is then selected by the spectator. The performer picks up the two disks and rests them on his hand, the transparent disk covering the solid disk. He asks the spectator to watch the disks carefully as he concentrates on the selected card.

As the spectator stares at the disks in the magician's palm, the magician revolves his hand. The magician displays a pair of tiny bowls, which he states are his Magic Hatchery.
The bowls are separated, and a tiny egg is found between them. The egg is removed, and the bowls placed mouth to mouth, and when separated another egg appears!
This is removed, and the bowls placed mouth to mouth once again. The magician comments that he could go on producing tiny eggs from his hatchery, but it would be better to produce the source they come from. When the bowls are separated once again, a tiny hen is found sitting between them!

The magician displays a ring on a spring about 3" long which is soldered at the ends. A spectator is invited to try and get the ring off the spring, but can not do so. The magician simply blows on the spring and shakes it, and the ring falls off the spring!

This is a gag magic wand, which you can use as a regular magic wand in your act, and have it perform a few magical antics of its own! The wand can be made to jump out of your hand. It can be made to rise in your hand, or glide horizontally through your hand from end to end in an eerie fashion. I like this a lot! Very EASY to perform, but a real SHOW STOPPING EFFECT!! Brilliantly CLEVER!

A multicolor printed disk with 7 different pictures of various animals is displayed, a hole is punched under each picture. A spectator is asked to merely THINK of any animal. The disc is turned upside down, so the spectator can only see the holes. The performer taps the holes in a random order with his finger and spectator is asked to secretly spell the name of his selected animal, one letter for each tap, and call out STOP when the complete name has been spelled. He does this & when the disc is turned over finds he has stopped at the hole below the very animal of his choice!

very EASY & very CLEVER!!

Performer shows a paddle with the picture of a hat on both sides. With a flick a rabbit appears in the hat on one side. Then a second rabbit appears in the hat on the opposite side! One of the rabbits vanish, leaving a rabbit in hat on one side, and an empty hat on the opposite side. Paddle can be examined! Full color design on paddle!

Three magic wands of three different colors are displayed. Spectator hands the magician any of the three wands behind the magician’s back, hiding the other two in his pocket. The magician can tell the color of the wand handed to him behind his back. This can be repeated as often as you like. Wands are molded in high impact plastic, and measure approximately 4” long, 0.3” diameter.

The performer displays a blank piece of paper on both sides. He folds the paper, and when he opens it out again, the blank paper has changed into a Dollar Bill, again displayed on both sides. Commenting that a dollar doesn't go very far today, the Dollar Bill is again folded, and when opened is found to be a $50.00 Bill, displayed on both sides. Very easy and very affordable! Spectator is invited to secretly set their favourite time on the clock and the face is covered. To their astonishment you divine the time! Easy to do!

EFFECT: Ten cards are shown, each of which have the names of ten different celebrities printed on them, for a total of one hundred different celebrities. The spectator is asked to simply think of any one of the celebrities listed and just point to the card which contains their selection. The cards are then turned over, revealing the same one hundred names on the other side, only in a different order. The spectator is again asked to simply point to the one card which contains their thought-of celebrity's name. The magician then reveals the chosen celebrity!

With the several campaigns to stop people from smoking, this is a trick which is timely and topical. Although based on the very old Vanishing Cigarette trick, this new ultra thin design with several special features is far superior to models previously available.

EFFECT : Magician places a Cigarette in a Tube, with a NO SMOKING sign, just large enough to hold a cigarette.
The Tube is capped, and given to a spectator. When the spectator opens the Tube, the Cigarette is found to have vanished. Or if you prefer, you can transform the full size cigarette to a miniature one, exclaiming that if you can't give it up completely, you can atleast "cut it down" !

A court card representing a vampire "sucks the blood" from three numbered cards (its three victims), transforming them into white cards. In the end, the vampire vanishes, and also this card becomes white!

This is an effect by Ian Adair with a red, yellow and green chip, and a patter theme which works well with the traffic signal colors.
Effect :- Three chips are displayed, one red, one yellow (amber) and one green, Magician states that Red is for stop, Yellow (amber) is for get ready and Green is for Go ! Hands are shown empty, and Chips are covered with a pocket handkerchief, preferably borrowed.
The first one is removed, - Red. The magician states "Red is for Stop, so you must stop and think about what color I've just removed". The chip is shown on both sides and pocketed.
Reaching under the hank again the magician brings out the Yellow (amber) chip and shows this on both sides, saying "I remove the yellow one, which we know, means 'get ready', so ..get ready to remember which color I am removing now."
The performer goes on to say "That leaves just one chip, ... can you tell me what color it is and what it stands for ? " The spectator says "Green" and Go".
Magician blows on hank and says "Go". When the spectator himself undrapes the handkerchief, there is one chip only ... but it is absolutely clear and transparent ...the color magically vanishing out of it.

Performer freely displays a playing card and a PVC (plastic) folder to the spectators. He borrows a currency note or bill and folds it along its long edge, with one half a little wider than the other as in the illustration. He places the folded bill inside the folder with the ends projecting on both sides, and visible at all times.
He now inserts a corner of the card inside the folded bill and pushes it. The corner projects out from the top of the folder apparently penetrating right through the bill. The folder and bill are freely displayed with the card clearly penetrating through the bill. He then pushes the complete card through the bill, and out from the top of the folder.
He takes the bill from the folder and show it completely unharmed. He returns the bill to its owner who can examine it thoroughly. A very convincing penetration illusion, at an unbelievably low price. If we priced our magic for the effect, this would be worth atleast 10 times what we charge. Complete with card, folder and detailed instructions. Use any borrowed bill.

A visual trick that's easy to do.

A sheet of rubber is seen on top of a drinking glass. On top of the sheet sits a couple of coins. One coin is chosen by the spectator. The magician presses agains the coin. It VISIBLY MELTS THROUGH the rubber and falls into the glass underneath! leaving ABSOLUTELY no hole in the sheet! Everything can now be examined!!!

Finally, imagine the look of disbelief on the spectator's faces when you take the freely selected card and push it straight through the middle of the borrowed bill. Although the effect is similar to the popular Color Changing Fan, this has a special construction, so that the complete fan changes color. There is also no obvious opening of the fan in opposite directions.

Performer shows a transparent glass full of liquid such as Milk, Coke etc. He drinks from it, till the glass is almost empty. The glass is placed behind his back, or under his coat for a moment, and is seen to be full of liquid once again. This can be repeated as often as desired.

You can use this special glass in any liquid effect, to show a glass full of liquid or empty, as desired. A strong magical effect is of the glass filling itself visibly. For example, it can be used in conjunction with a prop like the Wonder Glass, where the liquid visibly diminishes from one glass, and visibly appears in the other, some distance away.

Our model of the Ever Filling Glass has a simple but clever "lock" fitted which greatly enhances the effect. This enables you to display a glass full of Milk, resting on your table or on clear view at the start. You pick it up and perform your effect. Then replace the glass on the table again full, or empty, as you wish.

I've always used this effect in my "Could It Be Magic Show!" during an instrumental break during a song I'd be singing, I would pick up the glass & apparently drink it's contents, then I would blow on the glass & it would instantly refill, as I said "Cheers" to the audience! It never failed to get a gasp, & a big round of applause, I would then come back into the song! It was very "Incidental" & "Unexpected" The one I am now offering, is an improvement on the one I used, as it now has a "Locking" feature, which means the "Full glass" can be on view on the table all along, (I had to pull mine out of a top hat!!) I did make an alteration to mine which I think improved it again, & that is, I made a hole in the feke (with a heated needle) which then allowed me to pop a straw down through the hole, one finger would then rest slightly inside the top of the glass to support the straw, THIS finger would then "Do the business!" & it looked less suspicious.

A very simple, but highly usable prop!!

The performer displays a popsicle Box (Ice cream bar) box. He opens it and tips it over, and all that drops out is a popsicle stick ! Somebody has obviously consumed the ice cream when he was not around, he exclaims.
But he knows a little magic. A little colored liquid is poured into the box. The stick is now stuck into the box, the box inverted, and the liquid has transformed into a complete popsicle.
If you wish you can replace the popsicle in the box, pull out the stick, and pour out the liquid once again.
The apparatus supplied makes the trick almost automatic in working.
In addition to the items supplied, you will require a tiny glass with some colored liquid to match the color of the popsicle supplied. You can use Coke or Pepsi for the Chocolate popsicle, Raspberry or Rose Syrup for the Raspberry, and Orange for the Orange one..
